This page is for the Quouch app on Google Play and the App Store, published by Quouch UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
In the Quouch app
Account deletion is built into Quouch. You do not need this page if you still have the app:
- Open Quouch.
- Go to Profile.
- Open Preferences.
- Under Security, tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password.
If you have an active membership, cancel it first. The app will send you to membership management before it lets you delete.
If you uninstalled the app
Email hello@quouch-app.com from the address on your account. Use the subject line Delete my Quouch account.
We delete or anonymise your profile, chats, and saved places within 30 days. Payment records we must keep for German tax law can stay longer (typically up to 10 years) and are not used for anything else.
